Publisher note: An existing contract which has been in place for the last 5 years is being modified to effect an additional 6 months extension to allow the future model of care to be considered by commissioners. The existing 5 year contract value has been £20,381,630. The first extension has brought the full contract value to be £22,204,414. The additional 2nd 6 months extension will increase this by £2,445,379 to a new overall value of £24,649,793. This contract modification is assessed to be proportionate and lawful under Regulation 72(1)(b)
