Published requirement descriptionThis contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of<br/>the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/>For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The contract relates to the provision of:<br/><br/>- Adult Medium Secure Male Deaf Services;<br/>- Adult Medium Secure Male Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Services<br/><br/>This contract has been awarded following regulatory action affecting the incumbent provider's ability to continue delivering the services in accordance with contractual requirements. The circumstances created an immediate need to secure continuity of highly specialised services and maintain safe patient care arrangements.<br/><br/>The contract will run from 15 September 2026 to 31 March 2030, with the option to extend for a further two years until 31 March 2032.<br/><br/>Estimated lifetime contract value (15 Sept 2026 to 31 March 2030):£34,629,152.88
