Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 8 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Universities current electrical distribution network monitoring system was a bespoke solution for the University of Birmingham's Edgbaston site. This operating system was installed in 2001. The operating platform for the installed system is no longer available and any new equipment has moved over to an upgraded Operating system. This means that any further sub-station installations will not be viewed on the present system. In order to upgrade the system we will need to change the C264 units in each sub-station, change the system servers and then reprogram using the latest operating system.

Procedure rationaleThe University's present electrical distribution network monitoring system was a bespoke solution for the University of Birmingham Edgbaston site. In order to upgrade the system we will need to change the C264 units in each sub-station, change the system servers and reprogram using the latest operating system. The C264 units are manufactured and installed by Schneider Electric and are not available through any other channels in the UK.
