The scope, services and requirements described below are indicative, non-binding and subject to change.
The anticipated service may include:

To note that the Authority reserves the right to revise the estimated value in any subsequent notices and the estimated contract dates are also subject to change.
The anticipated route to market is a call off from an existing framework agreement at this stage and the Authority reserves the right to amend this route to market as no final decision has been taken at this stage.

15 Jul 2026, 23:59 BST · scheduledThe MoJ would like Government Commercial Agency (GCA), previously known as Crown Commercial Services RM6354- Lot 3a- Collections and Delivery suppliers to express their interest by completing the engagement declaration before 3pm on Wednesday 1 July 2026 (to note that this is the same deadline for supplier questions). All services described are within the scope of GCA RM6354 Lot 3a- Collections and Deliveries at this stage and no final decision has been made for the future procurement or the scope of requirements. RFI Questionnaire MoJ will be issuing a RFI questionnaire with background to the services and instructions to all the approved framework suppliers as part of this preliminary market engagement. The questionnaire will ask suppliers for information on: (i) various aspects of the tracked courier services that the MoJ intends to procure; and (ii) the previous experience of suppliers in delivering similar services (iii) any other information deemed necessary for the department to understand suppliers delivery models. The deadline to submit questions to the commercial team is also 3pm Wednesday 1 July 2026. The Authority will aim to anonymise and respond to all questions, subject to confidentiality obligations via a Q&A log no later than 5pm Wednesday 8 July 2026. Please submit questions to the following email address quoting reference Project 16579; mojprocurementofficesolutions@justice.gov.uk The supplier RFI responses must be returned to MoJ no later than 5pm Wednesday 15 July via the following email address 2026; mojprocurementofficesolutions@justice.gov.uk The supplier RFI responses will not be scored or evaluated. MoJ may follow up with individual suppliers to clarify responses in their RFI submissions and any other engagement as required. Any clarifications of general relevance will be shared with all participating suppliers in anonymised form.
