Published requirement descriptionTees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) (the 'Contracting Authority') have awarded a contract for a single supplier to produce Clean Energy Projects Workforce Mapping.
The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract in reliance on Schedule 8 paragraph 1 of the Procurement Act 2023 where the contracting authority clearly states the circumstance in which a modification may be required. These circumstances are:
- Office for Clean Energy Jobs within DESNZ may request additional activity aligned to this work; internal capacity constraints may create processing delays. Stakeholder engagement may be low, limiting the level of insight gained; project pipelines are not sufficiently developed to be able to align skills needs.
Availability of stakeholders is limited at key times in the calendar – e.g. Christmas period.
