The Contractor will be responsible for:
- Pre-construction phase: Site suitability assessment, mast purchase (including instrumentation and equipment) and preparation for installation
- Construction phase: Installation, testing and commissioning
- Operational phase: Security and maintenance (for a period of 5 years)
- De-construction phase: Complete removal of all aspects of the met mast and reinstatement of the site
- Storage phase: Safe storage of the met mast and monitoring equipment (per annum cost)

- Storage phase: Safe storage of the two purchased LiDAR devices when not deployed (time for this is expected to be minimal with redeployment arranged prior to decommissioning)
