"description": "The OPCC is seeking submissions from a credible and experienced ACE/Trauma Training Organisation to recruit and manage Trauma Informed Practitioners (TIPs) to patrol with police and provide feedback through reflective practice to support Trauma Informed Policing.\nTIPs support will continue to focus predominantly on Response and Patrol Policing teams, and will also include TIPs making themselves aware of local commissioned services, engaging with key partners, support in Police Custody, some support for Neighbourhood Officers and other policing teams, and giving feedback on PPN1s (safeguarding forms) with a view to police writing them through a trauma informed lens.",
