This notice is for the Direct Award to existing Tier 4 providers for the Tier 4 Services and Day Programmes for people with substance misuse, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Provider Selection Regime Process C.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

This notice is placed to set out Lewisham Council's award of contract under the Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime.

The total contract value will be £1,400,000 for the duration of the contract. The contract will be for a period of 2 years from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028.

Lewisham Council has determined that existing Tier 4 providers for the Tier 4 Services and Day Programmes for people with substance misuse to which the proposed contracting arrangements relate following PSR Direct Award Process C conditions have been met

Publisher note: This service will be awarded under Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Award decisions have been recommended by the Commissioning officer of addiction and Assistant Director Integrated Commissioning of Prevention, Inclusion with the key decision maker being Mayor and Cabinet.
