Following publication of this notice, the previously published Contract Modification Notice 2026/S 000-081903 is null and void and should be disregarded. The contract therefore remains unchanged from its original form and continues in accordance with its existing terms and conditions. The purpose of this notice is solely to correct the previously published modification notice.
The procurement relates to the provision of approx. 6,200,000 litres per annum of Marked Gas Oil for Traction purposes conforming to BS EN590 for use in UK Railway Vehicles to London North Eastern Railways' Depot at Clayhills, Aberdeen. Deliveries of the product to be made by road.
