It is considered that this Contract can be placed using the Negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the UK Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 - L’Hotellier are the original equipment manufacturer and the owner of the design drawing/information, technical specifications and technical expertise (“technical knowhow”) required to supply and to undertake more…proof testing of this article and have confirmed that RBSL is their nominated UK Agent.
