What is being bought
The targeted service will support children and young people aged 0 to 18, or aged 0-25 for those with an Education, Health, Care Plan within priority groups who have identified emotional health and well-being needs. All children and young people accessing the service must have a Brent residential address and a Brent school with the exception of Brent Looked after children and those children with a Brent EHCP. The service shall provide support, clinical advice and training for professionals working with children and young people and a range of evidence based interventions working directly with children, young people and families in priority vulnerable groups.
