The SCDP was announced in the Defence and Security Industrial Strategy (DSIS) and will support the development of UK based small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and lower mid-tier defence sector companies to improve their productivity and competitiveness, increasing domestic resilience and export opportunities by providing bespoke business development support.
