Published requirement descriptionThe contract is to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Catering Gas for the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (WMFRA) for an initial period of two years plus options to extend by up to a further 2 years period with the successful Tenderer.
The Contract will be divided into the following work packages “Lots”:
(1) Heating and Hot Water
(2) Air Conditioning and Ventilation
(3) Catering Gas Appliances
