What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionThe extension of the Client Relation Team for the Southeast Hub Build to deliver a New Logistics Hub, a new building incorporating Offices, Labs, Workshops, Garages and associated parking and landscaping.
The objectives of the requirement are to:
- Ensure successful delivery of the capital build programme through to completion in June 2027
- Maintain robust cost, commercial and contract management
- Provide effective programme and project management oversight
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to time, cost and quality expectations
- Maintain continuity of knowledge and minimise delivery risk
The scope of this requirement is to provide a fully integrated Client Representative Team supporting delivery of the Southeast Hub programme through to June 2027.
The consultancy service includes:
- Programme and project management
- Cost and commercial management
- NEC contract administration
- Risk, issue and change management
- Stakeholder coordination and reporting
