Published requirement descriptionThe removal and appropriate disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste is required across multiple Transport for Wales (TfW) sites, in full compliance with the Waste Separation Requirements (Wales) Regulations 2023, the Separation of Waste (England) Regulations 2024, and all other applicable legislation currently in force in Wales and England.
