Published requirement descriptionThe University of York is pleased to invite tenders for the provision of terrorism insurance cover and associated services for the University, its subsidiary companies and a number of associated undertakings. The contract duration will commence on 1 August 2021 and expire on 31 July 2022, with four additional single year renewal options which may be taken up at the discretion of the University and the successful Provider. Only FCA-regulated insurance providers are eligible to apply. Provider in this context means insurance companies, insurance intermediaries (including brokers) or discretionary mutuals.

- Review procedure
The University will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into.
Publisher note: Note - this is a contract award. The value of the award is for year 1 only. There is an option for a further 4 x 12 month renewals by mutual agreement.
