Coverage: 29 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

TEFOS is a new flagship programme under the BEIS International Climate Finance . It will provide grant funding to support the Government of Colombia to tackle deforestation in conflict-affected areas, through three programme “pillars”: i) strengthening land registry systems to incentivise sustainable land management, ii) strengthening the criminal justice system to tackle environmental crime in forestation hotspots, and iii) creating and promoting innovative, sustainable economic opportunities for communities. The MEL Partner will undertake monitoring and evaluation activity, which will assess whether programme outputs, outcomes and impact are being achieved. It will be important that in delivering the requirements, the MEL Supplier assesses how the individual effects of the different pillars work together to be more than the sum of their parts to realise the intended outcomes. Additional information: Draft ToR and a market engagement (ME) questionnaire are available to download from the Delta. There will be a market engagement event on 16.12.2020. Please register via the link below. There will be a questionnaire on our ToR which will help inform our finalized ToR prior to the tender competition being launched. The results of the ME will be published in the tender document.
