It is expected that the contract will be for a proposed period of 5 years with no opportunity for any further extensions. The estimated total contract value is approximately £1,265,000 per annum. This value is indicative and may be subject to change (over and above any chargeable actual activity completed in relation to a cost and volume contract) dependent on NHSE guidance. It is currently envisaged that the procurement will be published in November 2022. The Contracting Authority is inviting interested providers to register their interest in the future contract opportunity by expressing their interest in the project and replying to the Market Engagement Questionnaire attached to the corresponding Contracts Finder notice via the link here (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/582119f5-86e2-427a-8ff5-0b4e2b91c954) along with other Market Engagement materials. The Contracting Authority requests interested providers to consider the questionnaire and to provide a completed questionnaire response to andrew.taylor15@nhs.net by no later than 12noon on 14th November 2022. The Contracting Authority intends to use the information provided by interested providers in the design of the procurement process, in the finalisation of the specification and associated documents ahead of the tender stage. Interested providers can access the documentation via the attachments area of the corresponding Contracts Finder notice (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/582119f5-86e2-427a-8ff5-0b4e2b91c954 ) and ask clarification questions as required for the Authority's consideration during this pre procurement market engagement phase via andrew.taylor15@nhs.net.
