BPA Architecture was awarded the contract for Palaeontology Cladding and roofing project in May 2024.
In addition to the original scope of works, additional services were required due to unforeseen circumstances. These led to an uplift in the contract value. Furthermore, the contract was extended to complete the original scope of works, leading to a further uplift in the contract value. The final phase of these works now needs to be completed, which was noted in the original below threshold procurement exercise but not costed and included within the total contract value. These bring the total contract value to above threshold.
