What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionA product Catalogue framework for members of the Northern Housing Consortium to purchase sustainable energy and resilience products such as batteries and PV solar panels. The intention is for suppliers to specify their products to allow for members to call off contracts to purchase these products and install them.
The framework will be available for use by all current and future members of the Northern Housing Consortium. Teckal Companies and any subsidiary companies wholly owned by those members are included.

3% of call-off value · A percentage of up to a maximum of 3% plus VAT of the price of the Products and/or Services supplied to the purchasing Member which is to be paid by the Supply Partner to the Consortium under the terms of this Framework Agreement. The Consortium will request the spend on any awarded contract from the previous quarter, then invoice the percentage of that spend. The actual percentage agreed will be confirmed at point of call off. the NHC reserves the right to lower this percentage.

Published description of the framework
The Suppliers will submit a list of products, compliant with the specification, included prices, at point of tender submission. Members may choose the products they wish to purchase from the catalogue and award directly to that supplier. Members may also run a further competition between suppliers that provide similar products

During the week commencing 24th May, NHC Procurement will hold 30 mins meetings with interested suppliers to discuss the intentions of the framework and shape the requirements of the specification, regulatory requirements. We will introduce who NHC procurement are, who our members are, and how we operate our frameworks. We will then open to a discussion regarding the technical aspect of the products and the essential criteria for bidding suppliers.
