The Authority is seeking the service of an rapid response service, and is currently seeking expression of interest from providers. Interested candidate that meet the selection criteria will be invited for an online market engagement meeting and thereafter invited to tender assuming they meet the selection criteria.<br/><br/>To be shortlisted, the provider must be a non-profit organisation or solely owned by a non-profit organisation; with a clear mission to provide rapid response service at a global/national level with past experience.<br/><br/>A restricted procurement procedure will be used for awarding this contract. The detailed award criteria be in the invitation to tender document. <br/><br/>This tender will be covered by Article 77 of the Public Contracts Directive<br/><br/>Note there will be no further call for competition as only interested economic operators that have expressed interest in writing will be invited for tender; those that have passed the selection criteria.<br/><br/>Interested applicants are to express interest in writing by Tuesday 15th February 2022 to [email protected] coping [email protected].
