Supporting and working with families experiencing child and adolescent to parent violence and abuse (CAPVA)

The provider will support and work with families experiencing CAPVA from young people aged 10-16 years old who are referred to them from either Cambridgeshire Constabulary or the Independent Domestic Abuse Adviser (IDVA) Service.<br/>The full service specification can be located in the Invitation to Tender Document, detailing requirements and award criteria. <br/>The initial term of contract is three years, with 2 x 12 months option to extend <br/>'First year' (Nine months) – 23/24 – Delivery for July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 (Nine months) - Budget envelope of max £175k to include minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £7,500 for family activities. <br/>Year Two – 24/25 – Delivery for April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (12 months) – Budget envelope of max of £235k to include a minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £10,000 for family activities. <br/>Year Three – 25/26 – Delivery for April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (12 months) - Budget envelope of max of £240k to include a minimum of 0.6FTE CAPVA Adviser and a ringfenced amount of £10,000 for family activities. <br/>All staffing increases to be modelled within this budget envelope. <br/>Plus 2 x 12 month options to extend subject to funding sources <br/>Y4 estimated at £225,000<br/>Y5 estimated at £225,000<br/>£1,100,000 total contract value (5 years) subject to funding for years 4 and 5 (optional extension periods) <br/>Confirmed budget for year 1,2 and 3 totally £650,000 - MAXIMUM BUDGET AVAILABLE<br/> Renewals <br/>2 x 12 month options to extend - subject to funding sources.
