Supported Living Services - 47 Montem Road

A direct award is required to ensure the continuity of essential supported living care and support for three adults with learning disabilities at 47 Montem Road. The previous provider, Outlook Care, declined to continue beyond the expiry of the existing arrangement, while the Council's replacement Learning Disability Framework procurement is still ongoing. A gap in contractual arrangements could create a significant risk to the continuity, safety and wellbeing of the residents. A time-limited direct award to PLUS Services is therefore necessary to maintain safe and continuous care until the new framework and longer-term arrangements are available.
