Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 108 active published awards; 20 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This contract will be to manage and deliver high-quality accommodation aimed at 16-17-year-old looked after children across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the City of Westminster. The contract comprises a total of 20 units based across 3 separate sites in the London Boroughs of Harrow and Brent, aiming to provide accommodation for RBKC and Westminster’s looked after children aged 16-17 (six and fourteen units respectively). The buildings are owned by Notting Hill Genesis, and the successful applicant will be required to take over day-to-day management of the building. The service is intended to be low support service, supporting looked after children who are moving from private semi-independent living provision, residential or foster care, or those who have recently been made looked after; and helping them to gain the skills and experience they will need to reach adulthood and live independently. While the aim is for the properties to accommodate 16-17-year-olds, there may be some 18+ young people also housed where this is deemed appropriate. The young people may have been referred from the respective boroughs’ localities or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children’s teams. This contract will be let for 3 years plus the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years.
