Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight would like to invite organisations to attend a market engagement event in respect of stalking services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. For a Stalking Advocacy Service and we value the input of providers locally and nationally to help inform service design. We want to publish an invitation to tender at the earliest opportunity. It is also envisaged that the PCC will work in partnership with other funders locally to provide an intervention for perpetrators of stalking with a view to reduce offending and re-offending. We invite interested organisations to help inform developments in this area also.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) Donna Jones is committed to improving outcomes for victims and ensuring that they have the support services they need. In her Police and Crime Plan 'More Police Safer Streets' the PCC stated that she would 'overhaul stalking and harassment services and ensure support for victims when they have the courage to come forward and seek justice'. The PCC highlighted this as a priority early in the creation of her Police and Crime Plan and the planned investment reinforces the commitment made. The PCC has also committed to target perpetrators and support them in making better choices to reduce reoffending. Additional information: If you would like to register interest for the event and to receive the 'Teams' invitation, please respond to this PIN at the earliest opportunity. Please note - if there is insufficient interest in the event or a number of providers are unable to attend due to the time of year, we may postpone until January 2023.
