What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionRethinking our Resources: Measures for Climate Action and a Circular Economy in Northern Ireland contained a proposal to review bin collection zoning and franchising to reduce costs to businesses and Non-Household Municipal (NHM) premises. WRAP is looking for organisations who could facilitate a set up phase followed (potentially) by a 12 week pilot of shared provisions.

Lot awarding rule: Methodology:Explain how you propose to deliver the work effectively to meet the project objectives and requirements. (40%) Delivery :Outline your programme of work and project plan for effective delivery of the project to the project deadlines. (10%) Pilot Business participants: Demonstrate your ability to identify proposed businesses and locations where shared provisions could be established. It will be key to have a relationship with these businesses and be able to convey the benefits of a shared provision pilot. Any existing relationships which could be used for this work would be beneficial. (20%) Price: 30%
