What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionSupply of workwear including laundry services to ScotRail depots and In Service Fleet Engineering (ISFE) locations. Items include but are not limited to: high viability coveralls, bib and brace overalls, flame retardant coveralls, molten metal coveralls, lockers, manager lockers and bath towels. Further, we require that the supplier service, clean and provide fitment to the items above as required.
- Recurrence: Proposed initial term is to 2029 with potential options to extend to 2032 - this contract may be re-tendered beyond these dates.

- The contract proposed to be entered into by ScotRail with the successful Tenderer as a result of this procurement will be ScotRail’s “Agreement for the supply of Goods and / or Services”. Further information on how these will be evaluated can be found in the PQQ and ITN documents. Whilst it is the intention that SRT will be the primary user of this contract, in future this contract may be utilised by other entities within the SRH Group

The timescales outlined within the 'Invitation to Request to Participate and Invitation to Negotiate (ITN): The Provision of Workwear and Lockers with Laundry and Repair Services' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to. To participate you must submit an electronic PQQ and ITN via the ScotRail Wax Sourcing System by the deadline.
