Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 1 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleThere is only one piece of equipment that allows an operative to establish the connected phase and power status without having to connect to the network or enter a customer's property. The PIU also provides other functions that provides other information about our network. We would be unable to fulfil the business as usual ambitions without this product. There are no alternative providers who can offer an equivalent product. As part of the requirements to gain funding though the Network Innovation Allowance process it is a prerequisite that there cannot be a solution already in place. This is also checked by other DNO's as part of the 10-day review process.
