Lot 1 — Workplace, Teaching & Social Learning Furniture

•desking (fixed and sit/stand), task and meeting seating, monitor arms, desk power and cable management

•teaching and lecture furniture (student tables, linking/tablet chairs, flip-top tables, lecterns)

•meeting tables, breakout and café furniture, soft seating, high-back booths, acoustic pods and phone booths, storage and lockers

Lot 2 — Student Accommodation Furniture

•beds and bed frames, mattresses and mattress protection programmes, wardrobes, chests, bedroom study desks and chairs, communal kitchen/lounge furniture for residences

•compliance with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, severe-contract durability, BS 7177 (mattresses), BS EN 747 where applicable; summer-window installation programmes across occupied residences
