Published requirement descriptionThe Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite potential suppliers to request to participate in the tender for the supply, installation and maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTV) systems of CCTV system at the BHC premises in Pretoria, JHB and Cape Town.
The initial intention is to seek preliminary market engagement only; this will not form part of the formal Procurement process; no other responses or information is required at this stage.
Formal advertisement of the opportunity will be through the ‘Contracts Finder’ portal. It will be necessary to register with the FCDO e-Procurement Portal ‘Jaggaer Advantage’. The ‘ITT Stage’ is anticipated to run end of November 2025. Implementation of the contract is anticipated to commence in March 2026.

The Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite potential suppliers to request to participate in the tender for the supply, installation and maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television Systems (CCTV) systems of CCTV system at the BHC premises in Pretoria, JHB and Cape Town.
The initial intention is to seek preliminary market engagement only; this will not form part of the formal Procurement process. Interested suppliers are required to sign an NDA to be considered for this opportunity as it will only be made available to suppliers who have signed an NDA; no other responses or information is required at this stage.
Formal advertisement of the opportunity will be through the FCDO e-Procurement Portal ‘Jaggaer Advantage’ portal. It will be necessary to register with the FCDO e-Procurement Portal ‘Jaggaer Advantage’. The ‘ITT Stage’ is anticipated to run end of November 2025. Implementation of the contract is anticipated to commence in March 2026.
