This will need to consider the delivery of all the key items contained within the tender. It should detail staff/equipment resources, organisation structure, proposed sub-contractors if applicable, demonstration of supply chain administration and proposed procedures in dealing defective / substandard works. Your response is restricted to 6000 charact: 20%
