PRICE ASSESSMENT

When procuring an item listed within a Lot on the Price List the Council will evaluate all Supplier's Price Lists to identity and approach the Supplier with the most economically advantageous tender rate for the item.

If the Supplier with the most economically advantageous tender rate is unable to provide the item, either per their tender submission or to the council's delivery timescale requirements then the next highest ranked Supplier will be approached.

The ranking for each item will be based on the most economically advantageous tender rate (highest ranked) to the least economically advantageous tender rate (lowest ranked).

Supplier offers for items listed on the Price List must meet the quality requirements within the Price List and/or Specification Appendices 1 & 2.
