This supply is required at various locations/vessels as detailed in the Lots for this requirement.

    Economic Operators will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 on the basis of the information provided within the Single Procurement Document (SPD)

    Statement for 4B1 - The bidders must provide their ("general") yearly turnover for the latest 3 financial years

    Statement for 4B4- Bidders must demonstrate a return on Capital Employed at a ratio of greater than zero

    Ratio will be calculated as follows; net profit after tax divided by net assets (total assets less current liabilities)

    Bidders must demonstrate a Current Ratio of greater than 1

    Current ratio will be calculated as follows: net current assets divided by net current liabilities

    There must be no qualification or contra-indication from any evidence provided in support of the bidders economic and financial standing

    It is a requirement of this framework agreement that bidders hold or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded agreement, the types of insurance indicated below;

    Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, each and every claim.

    Public Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, per event with no annual aggregate. There must be no marine exclusions in the policy.

    Product Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, there must be no marine exclusions and a completed operations extension.

    Professional Indemnity Insurance = 10 million GBP each and every claim
