"description": "The Accelerating Thermal Energy Technology Adoption (ATETA) project is a part funded European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) initiative established to support SMEs, with phase 2 of the project starting in March 2020 and will complete at the end of June 2023. \nThe Summative Assessments need to be provided to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities prior to the final quarter of the project therefore no later than the 28th of February 2023. The Summative assessment is intended to provide insights into project performance and impact. The summative assessment should help us to understand the difference that the ATETA Project has made in the local economy, communities and beneficiary groups. \nThe maximum budget for the evaluation service is up to a maximum of £20,000 inclusive of VAT.\nAlthough the value of this procurement is below the EU Public Procurement Threshold the University has self-imposed a minimum 20 day full open publication of this tender.",
