Coverage: 61 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Council intends for this service to be a primarily volunteer delivered offer where the provider delivers a core co-ordination, training, and recruitment offer. The Council expects to contract with such a provider who can demonstrate close partnership working, control of costs, and adaptable in relation to emerging lived-experience accounts and best practice. A questionnaire is provided for prospective providers to provide feedback on the commissioning priorities identified by the Council and identify the volume of interest in bidders for this contract.
