    • Change Variation 003 extends Contract_15336 for the Strategic Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Special Missions Aircraft Managed Service by four months, from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027, at an additional value of £9,903,292 excluding VAT. The extension is on existing contractual terms with no other changes to the Contract Terms and Conditions. Earlier variations comprised Variation 001, with no cost implication, and Variation 002, an extension with an additional value of £25,233,590.25., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The modification is required to maintain continuity of the existing Strategic Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance operational service following a legal challenge to the procurement of the replacement service, which resulted in suspension of contract award and delay to the planned mobilisation. The Authority could not reasonably have foreseen the particular legal challenge, its suspensive effect or the resulting delay when the existing contract was awarded. The modification provides a time-limited four-month continuation of the existing service from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027 and does not alter the overall nature of the contract.
