The below notice is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract award notice for the award of Stoma Care Nurse Sponsorship under PSR Most Suitable Provider (MSP) Process.<br/><br/>This is for a 12-month contract due to start 01/04/2026 with a budget of £333,115.<br/><br/>This is an existing Service. <br/><br/>The MSP is an existing Provider.<br/><br/>Any Provider with interest in this Notice needs to express interest in writing via the Atamis message centre to the Authority by 29/01/2026.<br/><br/>The Authority is reviewing options for the UHB Stoma Care Nurse Sponsorship within the next 12 months for 01/04/2027. The below notice is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract award notice for the award of Stoma Care Nurse Sponsorship under PSR Most Suitable Provider (MSP) Process.
Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 29/01/2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.<br/><br/>Authority making award decision:<br/>University Hospitals Birmingham (UHB)<br/><br/>Award decision-makers: <br/>Ali Babu - Category Manager<br/>Bernadette Melody - Assistant Category Manager<br/>Rachel Henbrey - Lead Colorectal CNS (QE)<br/>Lottie Goss - Finance Manager<br/><br/>There are no declared Conflicts of Interest relating to this Tender.<br/><br/>The Provider was assessed against the PSR criteria using market knowledge, in collaboration with Colorectal and CNS Nurses.
