What is being bought
The Service Provider will act as a single point of contact to ensure that independent stalking advocacy (point of contact/liaison with police/courts in any investigation) and support is provided to victims across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight through the Stalking Advocacy and Support Service. The Stalking Advocacy and Support Service will also build awareness and understanding of stalking, the service available and referral pathways to our partner agencies and support multi-agency risk management processes.

The provider will need to be flexible and adaptable to ensure the service remains relevant over the course of the contract, for example, legislative changes in respect of coercive control post intimate relationship and how this will impact stalking reporting and convictions. The OPCC will work collaboratively with the successful provider to test innovative ways to improve the lives of victims of stalking.
