A dashboard that provides insights into survey results, compared by sector, public and global organisations, demographics, and/or location. 15 Marks 2. Ability to provide an in-depth evaluation and report of the survey results, providing insights into the organisation and suggestions on areas in which we could improve 10 Marks 3. Ability to provide employees with their engagement score, compared by sector, demographic, and/or location. 10 Marks 4. Ability to build a bespoke survey with own questions that mirror previous surveys 10 Marks 5. Ability to have the survey in Welsh and English 5 Marks 6.
