Neighbouring boroughs such as Lambeth and Greenwich benefit from established START and RAMP teams respectively, offering integrated care across health and housing systems. The service must be run by a statutory NHS mental health service to be able to carry out the core functions of the work. SLaM is the local mental health NHS trust and so is there only suitable provider
