Published requirement description

The provision of specialist consultancy services to support the current phase of

the Future Highways Programme.

The commission will provide additional analysis, assurance and advisory support to inform programme

development, governance requirements and future decision-making processes. Services will include review and validation of existing programme evidence, completion of detailed options appraisal activity, production of supporting analysis and reports, and provision of specialist advice to support programme delivery.

The commission forms part of the ongoing Future Highways Programme and will build upon work already

completed to ensure that the Council has robust evidence and assurance to support future governance and

decision-making requirements.
