Southwark Works Network Coordination Service

The Contracting Authority gives prior notice that it intends to launch a procurement for qualified and experienced operators to enter into a 2 year contract (with an option to extend for a further 2 years) to provide coordination and management of employment support services in the London Borough of Southwark. Southwark Works is the council’s longstanding employment support programme and the council’s key channel to deliver the thriving and inclusive economy employment ambitions. The Contracting Authority is seeking a provider to manage our network of specialist employment support providers; including assessment of customers and referral to Southwark Works providers and/or external support; operation of a hub office for customers; customer record management to track progress and outcomes; organising joint network activity (such as job fairs), managing the Southwark Works website and social media.
