South of Scotland Enterprise (the Contracting Authority) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, knowledgeable and innovative Service Provider to provide property and estate management services.

The Services required by the Contracting Authority for their Premises include (but are not limited to):

  • General Property Management
  • Vacant Property Management
  • Site Inspections
  • Tenant Management
  • Competitive Tendering (e.g. cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, utilities)
  • Collection of Rent, Service Charges and other monies
  • Tenant Attraction, Marketing & Letting
  • Additional FM provision as required

It is expected that the contracted Service Provider will utilise sub-contractors based within the South of Scotland wherever possible. Please note that by issuing this notice SOSE does not commit to conducting a tender for the services listed above.
