Coverage: 890 active published awards; 11 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Bristol City Council wishes to test the level of market interest in providing an end-to-end service for the installation of property‑level Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) / rainwater management measures across Bristol City Council‑owned housing and private housing stock. The aim is to reduce surface water flooding and increasing flood resilience by catching rainwater.
The service would include feasibility assessments incl. hydraulic assessments and calculating storage for a certain return period, fully leading on resident engagement incl. communication and engagement plans and contacting them, identification and assessment of suitable properties, technical and hydraulic analysis, supply and installation of rainwater butts and planters, and post‑installation monitoring and hydraulic assessment to be fed into a monitoring and evaluation report. The target area comprises 411 addresses, across 154 buildings in 21 publicly owned housing developments.
