Published requirement description

SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), are seeking to set up a new Framework for the site set up and establishment services across various locations within the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The Framework will cover all elements of the Client's business. The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract will be used to manage Client and Supplier relationship. Applications are invited from experienced providers for site set up and establishment services who can provide high quality, whilst using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. The specific services that may be procured under the contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include those services identified by CPV codes on or in connection with any land or property and related asset owned, rented, leased or developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Arc Partnership.

Scape are using delta to run this opportunity, free access can be obtained with this access code: (928Y5GDHYP).

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 30 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “Site Set Up and Establishment” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 1 suppliers, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

Published amendments (1)

The extension end date, if all extensions are exercised, has been amended from 25 August 2031 to 26 August 2030. The original notice incorrectly stated an end date of 25 August 2031, which would have resulted in a total framework duration of five years. This has now been corrected, and the correct final end date is 26 August 2030.
