Contracts will be awarded by direct award, as this is a single supplier framework. Prices for contracts awarded under the framework are based on the rates provided in the pricing proposal.

Any such Extension shall be on the same terms and conditions and at the same rates as under this Framework. The maximum extension shall be to 1 August 2029.
