- 3 Axis CNC Machining Centre
- PVCu Profile Machining Centre
- Five Head Welding MachineThe Contract will last for 4 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).The contract will be awarded on the following basis:
- The contract will be divided into 3 lots
- One supplier will be awarded for each lot

The machine centre will be capable of routing and cutting PVCu profiles up to 6 meters.The machine shall be capable of the following:Cutting Square, Mitre, V Notch, Y Notch, and ArrowheadRouting, Drainage, Spotting for friction stays, Keeps, Door hinges and Low Threshold. Trickle vents.Door locks, Letterplates, Locking security rails.

Touch screen control with memory positioning.Welds corners/transoms and cruciform on all headsAutomatic corner and transom support fence positioningRetractable corner fence with quick release blocksSelf-centering transom alignment on all heads
