The provider will be responsible for the following duties (for more information please see our specification detailed in the Tender pack):\n-\tTo recruit, assess, support, monitor and train Shared Lives Carers.\n-\tEnsure there are adequate numbers of Shared Lives Carers available to facilitate successful matching with referred individuals.\n-\tManaging and supporting the matching process.\n-\tPromote and publicise the Shared Lives model and service.\n-\tWork in partnership with the Council on all aspects of the Shared Lives service including\nbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with referring practitioners and teams.",
