Single source contract for the provision of SD-WAN, LAN and Security Network Refresh, with the option to include provision of Council and Public Wi-Fi and LAN support during the life of the agreement.
The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 1 September 2023 for a period of 5 years. It is anticipated that the Council may extend the contract for up to two periods of 2 years (2+2), meaning the final possible expiry date is 31 August 2032.
The estimated contract value stated includes the estimated cost of all elements of the service.
