Coverage: 94 active published awards; 80 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Market Engagement Opportunity The Kent Resilience Forum (KRF) is a partnership of agencies who work together to ensure a coordinated response to emergencies that could have a significant impact on communities in Kent and Medway. Kent County Council (on behalf of the KRF) is planning a Procurement process to put in place a new Contract to provide emergency support to assist the response to a Mass Fatality incident, if required. This Market Engagement exercise is intended to help the Council understand the level of interest in this opportunity, and potential service offerings from the market. The Council plans to use the information and feedback we receive to develop our plans for the future delivery of this Contract. This is an open engagement exercise in which any potential providers can participate. All interested organisations are invited to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire. All responses to this questionnaire should be submitted via the Kent Business Portal, no later than 5pm on Friday 9th February 2024. All questionnaire responses will be treated as ‘commercial in confidence’. Alternatively, responses can also be emailed to Alison.Blackman@kent.gov.uk.
